As the offers came in, she really went to bat for us to get us an offer that was financially beyond expectations, but with additional clauses that we didn't know were even possible to ask for (since there's a gap between the sale of this house, and the purchase of another). Her communication is timely, and often, so we felt like were always aware of what was going on, what the next steps were, etc., including while she was on vacation herself. She is a wonderful Realtor. I asked for an honest evaluation of the value of our home and there was only a $2000 difference between her valuation and the banks valuation. She sold our home in 3 days!
